Performance is totally based on optics, rather than financial results. The best managers, engineers, and executives have all left. Now, jet/walmart ecommerce is stuck with bentonville walmart leaders who have no idea how e-commerce should be run. We are playing defense against amazon, not offense. Moreover, your told you will be the CEO of your category - not true. Category specialists can no longer place orders or make site changes without rounds of approval. Vendors receive short payments or incorrect invoices and you have no visibility or way to fix the problems. Its a joke.
