Zero training. Any training is substandard. "figure it out" should be the Motto. Very disorganized with very few procedures or guidance. Leadership has little to no management skills, leadership by example and is very scattered. So much talent and potential. Had high hopes and in the end was very disappointed and let down. Pay is below average in all positions.
