Customers always having expectations on aircraft but not providing tooling, equipment, or staff to make ends meet. Ie, selling an airplane with parts missing (undocumented robbing of parts), not knowing the full condition of said aircraft due to the company not releasing documents, and not providing tooling/equipment making it nearly impossible to start or finish jobs on time. Leadership is also a struggle, always having new management in and out and no one ever sticks around.
