Terrible Manager to Work for - Recensione dipendente - Trade Sales Analyst presso Jet2.com and Jet2holidays

Working for an absolute charlatan of a manager who reassures you that there are no progressional opportunities from this role so ideally you have absolutely zero ambition- “you are just an analyst”. A know-it-all father and son duo who use and abuse you to their hearts content, without taking a second to acknowledge and credit your contribution. Don’t ever feel like exploring new opportunities to develop and better yourself because the second that they hear you are, you, and all you have done for them, are forgotten. I would advise anyone to avoid this role at all costs for their own mental health, sanity and self respect. It was the worst two years working I have ever had.
