The best thing about Jetstream is the people -- the team is energetic, optimistic, and unbelievably skilled. Communication, which is done primarily through Slack and Google Meets, is awesome -- you can always reach out to the person you need to speak with, you don't have to wait or find your way through any red tape. You're also given a lot of responsibility. You're expected to do your job, but you're allowed to do it your way, and suggestions for improvement are always welcome -- you're not stuck doing something a certain way just because that's the way it's always been done. This combination of great teammates, easy collaboration, and technological innovation makes Jetstream one of the best companies I've worked for.

The only real downside of working at Jetstream is that as the team is fully remote, you don't get to see people in person if they live on a different continent. It would be nice one day to have everyone meet up in one place.

I've been a round the block a few times, and I can tell you this place is a gem. The team are very supportive and helpful of each other and they are very welcoming from day one. I am new to the company but have really enjoyed my time so far. There is no toxicity that I have come across yet and the owners/CEO are quite open and responsive to all staff. The company itself is growing exceptionally fast - it has a very bright future.

There is a lot to learn and you hit the ground running, but it's a positive environment and that makes all the difference.
