Social Worker - Recensione dipendente - Licensed Clinical Social Worker presso Jewish Family Service

Working for JFS in Margate NJ was the most horrible professional experience I've ever had. The leadership bullies employees and allows their managers to do the same. The culture is very unfriendly (leadership does not speak to or look at the "worker bees") and very clannish. This was a most UNHAPPY workplace and I was so happy to be able to find another job and leave. VERY bad experience and one I will never forget. NO respect for the workforce who are mostly earning small wages being social workers.
