Vantaggi

Office location being remote was convenient. Some team members were collaborative on a personal level.

Svantaggi

Product releases are consistently delayed, often by up to one year, leading to client dissatisfaction and lost business. The company has lost multiple clients due to lack of proper solutions and missed deadlines. Management frequently engages in conflicts with clients, sometimes terminating client relationships abruptly. Employee monitoring software (Teramind) is used in a way that feels intrusive to many staff members. Staff have been terminated without prior notice or proper severance. There have been instances where salaries were reduced or withheld, and bonuses were not paid as promised. For the Bonuses they call it as a bonus, although they deduct 10% of the employees' monthly salary and pay at the end of the year which can be deducted anytime and there are some cases where they delay by 8 to 9 months and then release the amount. Internal leadership teams frequently argue with each other, creating a hostile work environment.

Vantaggi

- Opportunity to work on an international product used by world-renowned companies. - Professional and supportive direct team leads (at the team level). - Reliable final settlement/payment after termination.

Svantaggi

- Intrusive Surveillance: The company uses activity-tracking software. Management prioritizes "mouse clicks" and "keyboard hits" over actual architectural planning or problem-solving. - Technical Debt & Stagnation: Leadership (specifically at the CTO/Engineering Manager level) follows a "don't fix what isn't broken" philosophy. Any attempts to modernize outdated architecture or implement best practices are rejected even when the current system is riddled with bugs. - Poor Product Management: Roadmaps and tasks are often poorly defined, forcing developers to spend excessive time fixing basic logical gaps left by product managers. - Broken Promises: Expect requests to work weekends during "crunch times" with promises of compensatory time off that never materialize. Abysmal Communication & Offboarding: Despite 8+ years of industry experience and proactive communication, I was terminated without a single meeting or warning. I simply woke up to find my accounts blocked. The reason cited was "low activity" (based on the tracking software) completely ignoring the fact that I had proactively asked for more tasks when the project phase was quiet.
