You can join as head of department without any technical skills. jump around in all employee meeting to show your presence in front of the camera and you become the star in eyes of your boss in usa. you can get a job offer for senior most roles in jiffle without any tech skill or interview. only requirement is to be a relative or friend of this the head of department. despite of getting rejected in interviews, you still get the offer with heavy salary. and next time, the interviewers who reject these relatives will be removed from interview panel and direct entry and offer. same person refer, same person interview, same person offer. no skills or knowledge required to be selected, only relation matters to get a job at jiffle at senior level - architect, manager, VP etc etc etc, even if it requires to fire some old employees to fit new relatives. top management in usa never bothers to check the real issues with crucial employees in india. only goes with word of one person who is in efficient and has zero technical knowledge and says lies. best creative talent hired hahahaha - when everyone else in the world is talking about latest ideas and new things in tech industry, in our company we keep project names after mangoes... hahaha. Like Seriously??

We wish to assure you that we have a rigorous employee selection process that involves multiple stakeholders and we take a decision only after we have a go-ahead from a majority of the panel of interviewers. We also like to and promote cultural diversity as that makes the teams stronger and encourages innovation. Great culture, lot of scope for professional growth. Everyone I worked with was really on top of their stuff. The perks were amazing and great work/life balance. Management treats employees with respect and understanding. Small company environment gives employees ownership of their work. Highly recommend.

-Great product, with a lot of happy & passionate customers. -Jifflenow solves huge pains for event professionals. -Some of the upper management here is amazing. They really care about their team and other employees in the company -Had some awesome colleagues long the way. (I had a lot more, however, the ways things ended really eliminated a lot of my pros)

-Very "Cliquey" - Loyalty doesn't seem to mean much. -Management hiring "friends" (This adds to the cliquey environment) -Need to coordinate between departments. -You have made it harder and harder for employees to nominate their colleagues for a COMMIT award, it makes no sense to "DENY" someone who is trying to nominate their colleague for something that stood out in their eye.
