Do not fall in trap of HR they will say 8 hr working / shift but once you join company they treat you like slave of their company No proper timing at least you have to work around 12-14 hr day other wise they will through you out of company without any notice No increment from Past 2 years just making fool to employes Hire and fire culture You have to work 24*7 for company your personal life is nothing My advice Do not join Language of hire designation people are not good
