Remote Working Some supportive employees
Svantaggi
unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. From the very beginning, the role lacked clear structure, onboarding was minimal, and expectations were vague — until it came to hours worked, which were very clear: long, demanding, and completely unsustainable. It quickly became apparent that work-life balance was not respected. I was routinely expected to respond to messages late into the night and on weekends, with no regard for boundaries. This wasn’t an occasional crunch — it was the culture. The workload was excessive, with no meaningful support, mentoring, or even acknowledgement from leadership. Despite repeatedly raising concerns about burnout and unrealistic expectations, management remained detached and unresponsive. There was no HR follow-up, no performance feedback, and no interest in employee well-being. It felt like being thrown into the deep end — and left there. If you’re looking for a role where you are expected to sacrifice your health for unclear goals, this may be for you. But if you value healthy work culture, guidance, and basic professional respect, I would strongly urge caution.
