Hiring mostly juniors/trainees, so salaries are really low. On the other hand leadership is also full of juniors. Preaching about employee branding, but at the same time flushing their own culture down the drain. Really toxic environment to work and you get bashed in front of the whole team in meetings. Complaints are brushed under the carpet and people are fired/leaving quietly. Atmosphere could be described as haunting. If you don't accept this bro-culture, you are soon to be fired. Feel really sad for my fellow employees and I pity the c-suite for not realising how terrible people they are.
