Cutthroat job, management started selling cars from under sales associations as "why would I let you sell it, if I could sell it and not pay a salesmen?" A direct quote from a head sales manager. Management started stealing sales leads to bump their numbers. Crazy amount of favoritism, if you not in the cool kids club you won't make anything. If your new, all you will do is run errands for the top guys and managers. The training is laughable, none of the managers care about anything other than money.
