Tough business environment. Very competitive with other OEMs.

They act like the care

Change in organization 3 times in a year. Reduced head count 25% since being hired. Haven’t hired any engineers since I was hired They have trouble finding work in the states and will send you over seas. Work/life balance isn’t there. I scheduled time off 6 months in advance and they made me go across seas and told me I can still do the PTO but had to pay for my own flight because they decided a month before the day to send me over seas. Low bonus and no raise for anyone.
