They have trouble finding work in the states and will send you over seas.
Work/life balance isn’t there.
I scheduled time off 6 months in advance and they made me go across seas and told me I can still do the PTO but had to pay for my own flight because they decided a month before the day to send me over seas.
Low bonus and no raise for anyone.
