Wonderful, family owned company. Senior management cares for their staff. Great coworkers. Great total compensation package. Each day offers stimulating challenges. Employees are encouraged and expected to present ideas to make this a better place. You don't get bored on the job. The management staff seeks to place people where they can make the most significant contribution.

Sometimes you have to wait on a truck to back onto a dock door before you can get to the employee parking lot.
