Employees are encouraged and expected to present ideas to make this a better place. You don't get bored on the job. The management staff seeks to place people where they can make the most significant contribution.

Sometimes you have to wait on a truck to back onto a dock door before you can get to the employee parking lot.

Pay and benefits are very good.
