Management No sickness pay, will work you ragged till you break then you get in trouble for any sickness taken, will not accept that the way the management team runs their staff is a factor to a constant high turnover. Just basically if you want to work somewhere that respects it’s workers don’t work here I’m afraid.

Toxic work environment, bullying culture, no sick pay, limited progression opportunities, no respect from management. Your views or opinions will be worthless. Management seem to have no time or respect for staff, communication is poor, goalposts keep moving. Shocking staff turnover within the sales team. Micromanagement to the nth degree and you’ll overhear the truth being stretched or ignored more often than not.
