-The principals are all like big kids with no real direction or management ability -A good old boys culture of drinking on the job is prioritized over any kind of process organization or staff development -Most of the people who are long time employees here are just flat out rude. Minimal real world awareness or understanding that back end processes are a COMPLETE mess across the board here -Concerning amount of intoxication at work -Financially messy - would be worried to be a customer here with how inaccurate internal processes are -If you're going to be located in Portland, maybe don't have all the principals always loudly belting out all the various types of Portland people they hate and instead have a sense of community instead of being tacky and rude
