None really it is totally mismanaged by guys that used to work for the last owner, since being taken over the management and most of the staff in the office sit on their laurels and couldn’t give a crap about the engineers, I was often crossing other engineers going to my town to work, whilst I would go to theirs.

No decent tooling, no training, no organisation of parts, would have to travel 4-5hours each way to stock up because the office said they could send out parts, work software and phones done on the cheap, no expense float but company wanted you to purchase parts, sometimes putting 3 sites a day on your planner, knowing full well you had to cut corners and not do you job correctly to fit 3 jobs in, cutting corners in fire protection is going to cause a fire one day!!! Just a firm gone wrong..
