CEO is very far away of the employees
Seems that he doesn't care that the company he leads has such a corrosive environment. There are no salary increases and no culture that promotes the physical and mental health of the workers (strange for a company that claims to and seeks the health of its clients).
The employees are under a lot of pressure caused by bosses with little ethical and academic education
Without a doubt, the worst company I have ever worked for.
Unfortunately, this is not an opinion, this opinion is held by 80% of the staff of this Spanish subsidiary.
Of course, JHT is the worst company to work for if you want health in your life.
