Heavy workload-expected more to get done in the limited hours available per week, pay was not as great as it could have been for the company size. You don't get paid for the total hours worked (show up at 6:30 and you don't officially clock in until 7:30 or 8). Constant verbal abuse by the management if you tell them what they want you to do is wrong and they always threaten you with being fired.
