- Medical/Dental/Vision/401K - Decent pay for region - SharedWork is offered to maintain talent pool during frequent layoffs. - Up-to-date office computer equipment. - Many of the employees are helpful.

- General disregard for employee loyalty. Employee morale is poor. - High turnover: Look at the job openings on the company website. The same jobs get re-posted after only a few months. - No raises offered for some positions for years though cost of living continue to rise. - Little chance of career advancement, unless you use this place as a stepping stone to go somewhere else. - Some managers are known for not doing any work of their own and relying on their direct reports to do everything for them. These managers do not recognize the work of employees, and instead take all the credit for work and ideas of those employees. - Some managers single out specific employees in a rude, unprofessional manner, often by yelling degrading or ridiculing them. - Office politics is rampant.
