Rewards and opportunities appear to be tightly aligned with a meritocratic philosophy (this is the 'breath of fresh air' for me. Highly intelligent peer group, with much fewer ego issues than I would have expected. Leadership is in the top 10% in my experience. 'No holds barred' approach to improving productivity. Very well organized support structure for a smaller company.
