So far, I couldn't feel happier to be part of this expanding and inclusive team! Being remote-first - the company organizes company-wide on-sites each quarter. This is a great incentive to ensure that everyone is aligned, focused & motivated to keep driving forward. It also gives us a chance to get to know our peers face-to-face, which is crucial for moral upkeep within the organization! C level management is incredibly approachable - it's refreshing and creates an open / safe space for new ideas.

Fast paced - things move quick which is super exciting but also challenging! Not necessarily a con IMO, but something to be aware of as it does require additional effort!
