People are genuine experts in their field - Fully flexible working means you're free to work however suits you - Company values are enacted throughout - you're encouraged to be candid with feedback and to overcome any blockers - I'm yet to meet an employee I don't like which is very rare. Everyone is pulling in the same direction and very helpful - The company has a great product vision and huge potential in an enormous market

- Being fully remote means you miss out on the office environment and can spend a lot of time on Zoom - Despite company size and funds raised, the product is still relatively early stage so there is loads to do
