1) They are doing mental harassment of employees in the name of work 2) Unrealistic timeliness for all the task and that too decided by top management. While task estimation mgmt in not taking employee opinion(who is going to work on that) 3) Even though employees/resource working D/N to meet these Unrealistic timeliness and target, if he is not able to deliver on time or before. Top mgmt will threaten them for there Job. 4) Employees will feel like SLAVES. 5) No values towards employees personal life and his/her health condition 6) Every weekend will be taken GRANTED to work. 7) 24/7 support. Top mgmt can call you anytime even in nights in case of any small issue also. 8) No values to local manager thoughts and concerns 9) Do not even think to join Hadoop/Big Data team specially in the name of Juniper and technology 10) Hadoop /Big Data team of Juniper is circus with one ring master.
