A hardworking team that works together to build first class products and solve problems. Co-workers are helpful and respectful of each other. The team has made great strides moving towards Agile. New tools and resources are continuing to be deployed to improve operations and performance. The company provides a comfortable work environment.

The very first thing that you'll notice when you begin your interview process is how open, friendly and collaborative the entire team is, leaving you with the wonderment if it is all for real. During my tenure of just shy of 24 months it was not only genuine but proved to be the just the tip of the iceberg. The culture of the Junxure team is one that I had personally never experienced before. Every team was extremely passionate and dedicate to the success of the company yet unbelievably humble in their contribution to the team. Statements never began with “I just” but rather “You should see what X is doing”. As a result of this collaborative and supportive culture I always felt that my opinions where not only accepted but also given serious consideration. I found the leadership of the firm to be very open and sincerely concerned with how their team was both personally and professionally.

For those that are not able to be self-sufficient this may not be a great fit. If you are looking to be always told what to do and stay inside your shell you will not have the opportunity to experience all that this company has to offer.
