      Little positives to say about JIT style of management .

      Little Work life balance .You are supposed to work halfday on Saturdays as well in addition to usual working late on weekdays. Bad Culture overall They were loosing Customers and Management didnt had a proper plan to get new Customers, Trying to do too many things at once
