Product is not good in itself, making money by deceiting people. Legacy people are filled and hence they are not that supportive with huge technology changes...still depend on legacy excels rather than automated dashboards. No thought process on prioritisation and actually solving user's problems. User may face issues regarding payments but the internal product must look beautiful.
