Good benefits, casual dress code, co-workers are friendly depending on which department you work for. There's really not a lot of positive things to say about this company.

Management is terrible. They treat the warehouse like sweat shop workers and pay them accordingly. You will never get a raise unless you change positions, which could take years. They only care about salaried employees, especially management. Unless you are a young person that wants to get work experience, do not come work here. You will get praised for a job well done, but no monetary gain. Instead, you will get more work. The office portion is no different. Everyone in my department wants to quit and are actively seeking new jobs because they can't handle the abusive nature of management.
