The culture is very bad here. The higher authority does not care about the junior's opinion. No proper onboarding or training. So many office politics. People at the factory who work more than 8 hours a day don't get paid for the extra hours. These people working at the factory come from outside of the EU so they don't even ask for extra payment and are scared of losing jobs if they ask for the extra hour payments. The CEO is a gentleman but people around him know how to use the CEO for their own benefit. He should stop relying less on these people because he does not know that because of these people around him most of the employees at K Line are unhappy and are always looking for new opportunities to leave K Line.
