As such one of the main points on our job descriptions for both our Software Engineers and Software Test & QA Engineers is 'willingness to travel internationally'. Our Software Engineers and Software Test & QA Engineers regularly travel internationally to our global offices as well as travelling to meet with our customers at their own sites. When a KAL employee is travelling on company business they are fully compensated and have access to airport lounges, as one of our many benefits. However, should one of our team be unable to travel for a period of time due to personal reasons they need only tell us and we will of course take this into account when organising work trips.
