Insanely bad management, poor communication, buggy software that doesn't work, you only get paid if you contact clients (who usually don't answer) for 20 minutes a day. You might work all day and only make a few dollars. If anything goes wrong, the counselor gets blamed. The owner is a lying maniac who tells you anything to get you started. Then when you realize it's a scam, they threaten to tell the state that you are "client abandoning" your clients and you can lose your license. unless you give them 2 months notice. There is a HUGE employee turnover and a large client turnover as well. Clients told me horror stories about how they got notice that they had to get a drug screen or had an appointment. When the client arrived, there was no record of what they were supposed to do. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this scam. They are also being investigated by the state of Ohio. They will also contact you after you quit and threaten to sue you if you post anything bad about them, This place is BAD NEWS!
