Great company to work for. Owner and manager are good honest people. Lots of work, no chance you will loose job because of lack of work. Lots of technology, from normal IT stuff such as Windows servers and visualization to networks with Sonicwall routers and Meraki APs, Telephony, Security cameras, etc. Good atmosphere, easy going if you are there to wok.

LOW paying. Lots of work, sometimes too much, and most employees are salary with no extra compensation.

Understaffed Unprofessional/under trained help desk staff No time to properly develop or use technology because of workload Low compensation that isn't commensurate to skill Benefits aren't good Micromanaged
