This Company loves it's employees and it shows by the way they're treated. Processing can be a VERY stressful job, but at KBHS it's NOT! Everyone works together to make it smooth and more importantly, they make it fun. KBHS offers great pay / bonus incentives like no other company. And I've worked for many mortgage companies like (Wells Fargo, Chase; Taylor Morrison, Maronda Homes, etc.) and none of them come close in comparison. I left KBHS for a few years after being with them for over 5 years to get back to working retail loans vs only Builder loans, but I always knew I'd come back because this is my home and the best place to work! At KBHS we are a FAMILY and a TEAM and they genuinely care about each & every employee (and their families). When the talks of the COVID pandemic first started, management immediately sent their employees to work from home. This was even before there were even talks of shutdowns - they weren't taking any chances, and they're still not, as we will remain working from home indefinitely until COVID is under control. And it doesn't hurt when you have a company who sends you a huge "thank you" package to show their appreciation to each and every employee for all that we do. Thank you for the Thanksgiving Turkey!
