      There is opportunity for travel with the Shipboard program, however there is a lot of down time. It is a secure position, which some employees abuse.

      Stagnant in the aspect of pursuing furthering one's self and promotions. No real professional development being pushed. 2018 Benefits package is not all it is cracked up to be.
