everyone is in competition with each other instead of working as a team and a one soul company. Don't be surprise, if you got contract termination, just in the last week of your 6 month probation without any notice!!!! It happened to me and another employee in another branch. they won't give you honest review in 3-month probation review and even during your probation. They won't give you any chance and constructive review and just suddenly terminate your contract! I haven't seen such a worst review process in other companies. I think HR team and management team needs to look into this issue very precisely and come with something to work for business and think about their resource management.
