Lack of Communication No career path or goal planned for young employees Buddy of the boss gets the promotion instead of competence and qualifications Try to keep you on projects overseas even after contract is completed or threaten you that you have not job Many incompetent managers - old management mentality in many middle management personnel. No Training- I have not been to a training class in 4 years. Pretty much have to learn from everday work No reward after long overseas assaginment Those closest to the managers in the office instead of people in the trenches get rewarded. Trains many young people for years, only to see them jump ship to competitors because of lack of career path or compensation

No automatic/across the board annual cost of living pay adjustments, only 5.3 hours total of PTO (with milestone increases for incumbents) each pay period (no separate sick, personal, annual, vacation, etc.), only 9 paid holidays with one floating holiday, no official employee evaluations or measured expectations, many employment pros and cons are dependent on supervisor on the contract - not corporate.
