GROW UP - Recensione dipendente - Senior Manager presso KBS Certification

There is a lack of work-life balance, and the senior management is some of the worst I have encountered. The micromanagement is akin to that found in a nursery school, which makes it challenging to work effectively. I strongly advise against joining this company, even for a single day. The positive reviews of senior management seem to be influenced by their pressure on employees to provide favorable feedback.

I had a disappointing experience working with individuals who lacked professionalism, particularly with the project coordination and the technical director, as well as the managers and the opaque human resources department.

Nothing except 5 days working

This company has been in existence for the last 15 years but still lacks established processes and policies. Additionally, the staff at the head office do not treat the employees of other locations well, behaving as though all the work is solely done by them. However, without proper processes and implementation, their efforts are ineffective and directionless. You have to chase the people of HO to get answered for single question or doubts, and sometimes it takes whole day to get the answer.
