Disappointing Experience - Recensione dipendente - Network Administrator presso KCI Technologies

After going through a phone interview and two panel interviews I was made an offer. After working at KCI for two weeks I was then fired. I was not given any negative feedback, counseling, or help to succeed. They sent me to their corporate office to train for a week and at the end of the week they told me I was fired and then I had to wait at the airport to fly home. They were warm and welcoming to begin with, but it turned out to be a disappointing and hurtful experience. I would avoid this company.
