I learned so many technical skills that I didn’t have before and became proficient in SQL and Power BI. I also developed a strong sense of accountability early on, since it’s a very small company and a lot of the work falls on you to complete and deliver to the client. Additionally, I gained valuable leadership experience, including learning how to manage junior team members and communicate effectively at a young age.

One downside, however, is that because it’s such a small firm, there can be a lot of unnecessary drama at times, and some senior staff and managers can be a bit micromanaging, which can make the work environment challenging.
