Where do I start? No stability. People were in and out of the company within months of being hired. They laid off so many people in the middle of an economic crisis that they couldn’t even provide us with a 1-on-1 call. We were thrown into a big call and told we didn’t have a job anymore and was virtually given no support. They spent money like teenagers who got an allowance. It was a revolving door for sales people. I would see people hired and fired within months of each other. This was before mass layoffs. They do not know what they need so they may hire someone on a whim and then fire them because they realize they don’t need them. They also hire based on a sales goal and if they don’t reach it you’re on the chopping block. This was across all departments by the way, so you’re not safe just because you don’t work in sales. By the way the hiring. They hire almost anyone. That may sound good on paper but just keep in mind how unstable your job is. You’ll be hired after a quick interview and you likely won’t be there after a few months. It’s one big scam so they can show shareholders they’re growing. Do not work for KERV, you have been warned. Between random lawsuits being sent directly to employees emails (yes, this happened), lies from higher ups, and the instability KERV provides I cannot recommend this place. You deserve better and in this economy you deserve better.
