Unprofessional management, the manager played up with my holiday pay. He told me I can't get paid holiday just after 3 months of working for the company. I didn't mind because i had bookedholiday and wanted to go so I went for it afyer 2.5 months of employment. End of the year we hot a new manager and I asked him if I can take the remaining holiday and he said i have nomore left coz I have already taken in August. That time we came to know the previous manager filled out the holiday request form and signed insted of me and got the money because we received the wage weekly by cash. Immediately i left the job...
