There are lots and lots of negative points but I am listing a few that makes this place not correct for women employees. 1. Any women employee will be forced to resign after disclosing their pregnancy, due to billing loss and for the maternity benefits that needs to be given. 2. Promotion or good increment will be given only to people the management likes 3. No proper rejoing plans post maternity 4. Lack of benefits like crèche or private spaces for nursing/pumping 5. HR acts as puppet of management and they have no brain for themselves, relaying decisions of employees with no independent judgement or value addition to employees. 6. Big mistakes will be easily forgiven for favourite employees and very minor mistakes will be highly escalated for normal employees. 7. Basically a company with two rule books. One for favourite employees and one for regular employees. The management mindset is heavily money and favourite driven and they never give priority for the employees well-being.
