      1. Gives you an opportunity to kick off your career as a fresher. 2. Most of the fellow beings are friendly and ready to assist you. 3. Can learn technical things

      1. Only minimal salary for fresher which is a huge disrespect and sometimes ill treated 2. Poor management. People of their community are given more importance. 3. Politics within and among the teams 4. Won't understand the value of a resource until they get a new job elsewhere 5. Life after office hours is almost none. Expects the employees to stay late 6. Imposes cheap rules like banning mobile phone inside office, blocking shopping website 7. Poor training on domain/technology 8. No proper transportation provided

      KGfSL is a young company where we can learn a lot. We can establish a strong foundation before getting into bigger companies and projects. People in here are kind and helpful. The best part is you actually LEARN. Learning doesn't happen so easily everywhere. So, these are the pros.

      Interns are not at all compensated for their hard work. Internships are not paid even if we are working on a live project. It would be a perfect place to work if these cons are corrected.
