Favoritism and no discipline. The management doesn't do anything because of favorites, are afraid of conflict, and makes the environment for the manufacturing and DC chaotic, yet says they're a team. Instead of fixing issues There are managers that ask people for pain pills, tells people things from behind closed doors, lies, takes favorites to the clinic knowing they can't pass drug tests when they're supposed to leave by ambulance. There are supervisors that tell people who tells them things and causes big issues for employees on the floor. Has been in trouble for sexual harassment and still does it. No one wants to go to any member of management because they feel like they can't trust them and nothing will happen. They lie to HR and it's then a he said/she said situation.
