No job advancement or raises

The only good thing about working here is you only have to spend 37.50 hours a week here.

I have been here a little over 5 years and they are always hiring because people don’t stay and if you stay you are always wondering am I going to be fired today. It is a very stressful and unprofessional environment with poor management from the top down. Building is mold infested. You are treated like a child and management has no bones about scolding you in front of your coworkers. Communication is horrible and morale is very low. Multiple business failures and it doesn’t matter if you work hard or do nothing everyone gets the same raise, if you call 1% a raise. Do not work here.
