Insides Sales provided me with the tools I needed to get a field sales postition Managers were very supportive of my desire to move to the field and met with me on multiple occasions to discuss what I could do to improve my marketability to potential District Leaders. Ultimately I was promoted to the field after 2 years in Inside Sales which is what I was promised when I took the job. Large bonus payouts available if you exceed your goal.
