Very flexible working hours. You get to use flex time if needed. The insurance is very cheap. It is a big company so you have job security. Fitness is very important which is a nice feature. On site fitness center.

Where to start. The management is sub par at best. Inside sales is highly based on outside sales performance not the performance of the inside rep. Your outside rep could dictate what you could call into so it was hard to get credit for big sales in your territory. Inside sales also has double standards. If you get put into the k-12 program you get credit for everything sold by your outside reps and yourself no matter what. If you are a generalist you only get credit for what you have a part in (which is the way it should be). A lot of reps get paid for doing little to nothing. While the reps that do work hard struggle to hit their goals because they have a bad territory and their outside reps cut them out of everything. If you put a two week notice in they will give you abnormal goals to hit. If you do not hit those goals they will walk you out early. They will make you call more people than most of the department because you are leaving. The work environment went down the tubes because they are hiring young people that are very immature for a professional environment. There have been times when it is so loud do to goofing around that you can't hear who you are talking to on the phone. The manager do not do anything to solve the problem because they are in the group making all the noise. Beware before you apply!!!
