- Management are true snakes. They will viciously target and bully people. - Management skill is atrocious - They love to micro-manage when it's unnecessary. - The pay is abysmal. For the stress, workload, and expected hours outside of your required hours (for no extra pay), the wage is absolutely not worth it. - Some staff are quite clique-y, and like to make it obvious if you're not part of the clique, which is attached to management - Management is very-well into the clique, too. - Zero career progression, wage increase, or recognition for being a great employee, who goes above and beyond. In fact, the more you do, the more they expect out of you. You will hang yourself by doing a noticeably great job. Don't be fooled by their over-exaggeration of their 'amazing workplace culture' as the culture is abundantly toxic. Run.
